Dooioo will be listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange from April 24, 2024, focusing on generative AI and voice interaction technology, and providing AI-generated content (AIGC) solutions, AI enterprise solutions, and intelligent devices and accessories.

The group's board of directors has established clear responsibilities and duties, employed professionals to provide services, assisted in evaluating ESG-related risks, reviewed existing strategies, goals and policies, and carried out importance evaluations. At the same time, the group actively establishes communication channels with stakeholders such as employees, investors, customers, suppliers, distributors and communities to promote timely and effective communication with stakeholders, and adjusts its strategies and governance methods according to their feedback. Based on the assessment results, the group identified 5 key issues of importance.

In terms of environmental protection, Dooioo is promoting policies that conform to the national carbon emission reduction targets and sustainable development, and has deeply embedded the concept of environmental protection into the company's long-term development strategy. This year, the group's main energy consumption is electricity and water. The group's greenhouse gas emissions mainly come from the electricity used in offices and data centers, which are indirect energy emissions. In 2023, the group's total energy consumption was 291.51 megawatt hours, total water consumption was 367 cubic meters, and the total greenhouse gas emissions were 162.31 tons of carbon dioxide equivalents, with a greenhouse gas emission density of 0.32 tons of carbon dioxide equivalents/per million RMB in revenue.

As of December 31, 2023, the group had a total of 394 employees. As of the end of December 31, 2023, the group's staff turnover rate reached 52%. The group attaches great importance to providing appropriate training for employees to meet the requirements of different positions, and has formulated an employee training management system. During the reporting period, the group had a total of 92 employees who completed training, with a total training time of 46 hours.

Dooioo's suppliers mainly include hardware components and raw material suppliers, contract manufacturers, cloud services and cloud server providers, data source suppliers and warehousing logistics service providers. This year, the group had a total of 107 suppliers.

To manage environmental and social risks in the supply chain, the group has taken various measures to ensure that business activities in the group's value chain do not have a negative impact on the environment and society.
