On June 21, Guolonghui announced that from June 21, 2024, Mr. Xia Dechuan and Mr. Hu Huichun were appointed as executive directors of the board of directors, and Mr. Liu Jianfeng, Mr. Hu Jin, Mr. Yi Guofu, and Mr. Lu Song were appointed as non-executive directors of the board of directors. Mr. Dai Keqin, Ms. Xiong Yanren, and Mr. Zhu Weixun were appointed as independent non-executive directors of the board of directors.

Mr. Xia Dechuan, the appointed executive director, was appointed as chairman of the board, effective from June 21, 2024. The appointment period is synchronized with the eleventh board of directors.
