According to the announcement from the Zhicheng Caijing APP, IMS Group (08136) released its annual results for the year ended March 31, 2024, during which the group achieved revenue of HKD 85.617 million, a year-on-year increase of 16.67%, the net profit attributable to owners of the company was HKD 15.455 million, a year-on-year increase of 152.29%, and the basic earnings per share were 1.55 HK cents.

The announcement stated that the increase in revenue was mainly due to the increase in sales of LED lighting devices and comprehensive LED lighting solution services.
