Asia Tele-Net (00679) announced the acquisition of its subsidiary, Asia Electroplating Equipment Co., Ltd., which acquired two deposit products on June 21, 2024. The principal subscribed for deposit product A was HKD 13.93336 million, and the principal subscribed for deposit product B was USD 3.948 million. The cost of purchasing the deposit products is approximately HKD 45.813 million, which will be paid for by internal resources of the group.
