On June 21st, Gelonhui reported that Haimo Technologies Group Corp. (300084.SZ) announced that, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the company and Henan Zhongke Qingneng Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Zhongke Qingneng”) reached a strategic cooperation agreement for the Aman hydrogen energy industry project. The agreement is valid for one year, and is based on the spirit of “mutual respect, close cooperation, complementary advantages, innovative development, and mutual benefit and win-win” through friendly consultation.
Combining Zhongke Qingneng’s professional capabilities and abundant experience in hydrogen liquefaction key technology and core equipment R&D and manufacturing with Haimo Technologies Group Corp.’s 20-year high-quality energy customer resources, investment and financing capabilities, local development experience in the Middle East, and good government relations in Oman, both parties are committed to jointly promoting the liquid hydrogen production and storage integration project and industrial cooperation in Oman.
Both parties agreed to use their respective strengths to carry out green electricity to hydrogen, hydrogen liquefaction technology industrialization application cooperation, and form a hydrogen energy industry chain integrating hydrogen supply to liquid hydrogen production, hydrogen gas refueling, liquid hydrogen operation, and hydrogen energy cold chain logistics truck. Haimo Technologies Group Corp. will actively negotiate with well-known domestic investment institutions and Middle Eastern funds to promote the layout of China's hydrogen energy enterprises in the Middle East. Both parties intend to establish a shared assembly plant in Oman and invite the top domestic manufacturing enterprises to join, in order to enhance the influence of Chinese manufacturing in the Middle East hydrogen energy industry chain.
Combining their respective strengths, abilities, and resources, both parties will create a typical model of "renewable energy generation + green electricity to hydrogen + hydrogen liquefaction and storage + liquid hydrogen application," in order to solve the problem of uneven distribution of green hydrogen production and application, and jointly develop a renewable energy demonstration project in Oman. Both parties will enhance their brand market influence and competitiveness through joint participation in exhibitions, customer visits, and technical seminars, and jointly explore new market opportunities. Haimo Technologies Group Corp. will use its advantages in the Oman market channel and customer relations to provide access opportunities and business expansion support in foreign markets for other Chinese-funded enterprises required by Zhongke Qingneng and the demonstration project.
