Vanfund Urban Investment & Development (000638.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jilin Vanfund Jiahui Enterprise Operation Management Co., Ltd. ("Vanfund Jiahui"), signed a "Debt Transfer Agreement" with Beijing Huichuangsiyu Trading Co., Ltd. ("Huichuangsiyu") on August 22, 2023. Vanfund Jiahui invested 64 million yuan to purchase the legal debt of Sichuan Sanzhou Chuanhua Nuclear Energy Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "main debtor" or "Sanzhou Chuanhua Nuclear Energy") held by Huichuangsiyu. Sanzhou Longhui Industrial Co., Ltd., Sichuan Sanzhou Special Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., and Chu Xiaohan are the guarantors of the debt. The application executor of the above debt was changed from Huichuangsiyu to Vanfund Jiahui in October 2023. The transaction was completed on December 6, 2023.

On June 21, 2024, the company held the 61st meeting of the 9th Board of Directors and approved the proposal of "selling debt by its wholly-owned subsidiary". It agreed that Vanfund Jiahui would sign a "Debt Transfer Agreement" with Fang Jinhao and transfer the above debt for 68.5 million yuan to Fang Jinhao. This sale of debts is beneficial for eliminating the impact of the aforementioned reservation, supplementing the company's working capital and reducing financial risks.
