Beijing Jingneng Power (600578.SH) announced on June 21 that its subsidiary Inner Mongolia Jingneng Chayouzhongqi New Energy Co., Ltd. has received the approval document "Approval for the Jingneng Electric Power Mongolian West Regional Flexible Reconstruction and Integration and Absorption of 1018 MW New Energy Project (Wind Power Section)" (Document No. Wufagai Banzi [2024] No. 58) issued by the Development and Reform Commission of Ulanqab City. The document approves the construction of the Jingneng Electric Power Mongolian West Regional Flexible Reconstruction and Integration and Absorption of 1018 MW New Energy Project (Wind Power Section).

Project Scale and Construction Content: The total installed capacity of this project is 818,000 kilowatts of wind power. Two new 220-kV substations will be built, and the two substations will be connected by a newly built 220-kV transmission line. The electricity generated by the project will be connected to the West Inner Mongolia power grid, and supporting infrastructure will be built, such as access roads and 35-kV collector lines. The total investment in the project is 3,600,904,900 yuan, and the capital contribution accounts for 20% of the total investment. The remaining capital will be solved through bank loans.
