On June 21st, Glon Hui reported that China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical (000999.SZ) announced that, given that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chenzhou Sanjiu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Chenzhou Sanjiu'), signed a comprehensive energy supply agreement for the integrated energy project with Chenzhou China Resources Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Chenzhou China Resources Gas') had expired on June 21, 2024, Chenzhou Sanjiu and Chenzhou China Resources Gas renewed the signing of the 'China Resources Sanjiu (Chenzhou) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Integrated Energy Project Energy Supply Agreement' on June 21, 2024. Chenzhou China Resources Gas will continue to supply cold and heat, steam, and some electrical utilities energy to Chenzhou Sanjiu South China production and manufacturing center. The agreement will take effect from the date of both parties' signature, and the validity period of the agreement will be until December 31, 2025. The expected transaction amount from June 21, 2024, to December 31, 2024, is no more than RMB 25 million, and the expected transaction amount for the year 2025 is no more than RMB 65 million. The cumulative transaction amount during the validity period of the agreement is no more than RMB 90 million.
