On June 21st, Glorious Sun announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jilin Wanfang Jiahui Enterprise Operation Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Wanfang Jiahui') signed a 'Debt Transfer Agreement' with Beijing Huichuangsiyu Business Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Huichuangsiyu') on August 22, 2023. Wanfang Jiahui contributed 64 million yuan to purchase the legal debt of Sichuan Sanzhou Chuanhua Machine Nuclear Energy Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'the debtor' or 'Sanzhou Chuanhua Nuclear Energy') held by Huichuangsiyu. Sanzhou Longhui Industrial Co., Ltd., Sichuan Sanzhou Special Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., and Chu Xiaohan are the guarantors of the debt. The application executor of the above debt was changed from Huichuangsiyu to Wanfang Jiahui in October 2023, and the transaction was completed on December 6, 2023.

On June 21, 2024, the company held its 61st meeting of the 9th Board of Directors and approved the 'Proposal on Selling Debt by Its Wholly-Owned Subsidiary', agreeing to sell the above-mentioned debt to Fang Jinhao for 68.5 million yuan by Wanfang Jiahui's Debt Transfer Agreement.
