According to the announcement by Futu Securities News APP, Jiangxi Firstar Panel Technology (300256.SZ) plans to acquire 100% equity of Guangxi Limac Electric Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangxi Limac" or "target company") held by eight individuals including Ying Guangjie and Luo Huali for cash in order to effectively fulfill the investment commitment of the restructuring and reduce the competition and related party transaction issues. After the completion of this transaction, Guangxi Limac will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. The final transaction price for 100% equity of Guangxi Limac is RMB 210 million, which was agreed through negotiation by all parties involved in the transaction.
