Simply Wall St ·  Jun 21 18:11

Investors may wish to note that the CFO, COO & Treasurer of Scholar Rock Holding Corporation, Edward Myles, recently netted US$85k from selling stock, receiving an average price of US$8.98. It might not be a huge sale, but it did reduce their holding size 19%, hardly encouraging.

Scholar Rock Holding Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

In the last twelve months, the biggest single sale by an insider was when the Chief Scientific Officer, Mo Qatanani, sold US$295k worth of shares at a price of US$18.18 per share. We generally don't like to see insider selling, but the lower the sale price, the more it concerns us. The silver lining is that this sell-down took place above the latest price (US$8.30). So it is hard to draw any strong conclusion from it.
