Zhitong Finance APP News, BYD Electronic (00285) announced that on June 21, 2024, the company and BYD entered into an asset sale agreement, in which the Group will sell assets to BYD Group, including laser welding machines, injection machines, testing equipment, robots, and fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machines, among other equipment. The Group paid a total of approximately RMB 8,147,000 for the purchase cost of the above-mentioned assets.

According to the announcement, due to the group's structural adjustments, the group decided to sell some idle assets to meet the best interests of the group.
