China Galaxy (06881) announced that, at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 22, 2017, the revised authorization scheme of the board of directors was approved by the shareholders' meeting. Accordingly, the shareholders' meeting authorized the board of directors to issue debt financing instruments with a balance not exceeding 350% of the company's net capital.

In accordance with the above shareholder authorization, the company completed the fifth tranche of short-term financing bond issuance for 2024 on June 21, 2024. The scale of this issue is RMB 2 billion, with a face value and issue price of RMB 100 per unit. The term of this financing bond is 95 days, and the final face interest rate is 1.88%. The funds raised from this financing bond issuance will be used to supplement the company's working capital.
