As per the announcement released by Hang Lung Group (00010) on its financial app, on July 1, 2024, Professor Xu Lizhi, the independent non-executive director of the company, will no longer serve as a member of the audit committee, whereas Ms. Chen Xiumei, another independent non-executive director, will be appointed as a new member of the audit committee. Professor Xu will continue to serve as an independent non-executive director of the company.
