朗进科技因财务数据披露不准确，被出具警示函

2024年6月21日，山东证监局公告，山东朗进科技（以下简称“朗进科技”）因2023年业绩预告中的财务数据披露不准确，未能充分预估资产减值损失、信用减值损失等违反了《上市公司信息披露管理办法》的规定。针对朗进科技的不规范行为，山东证监局决定对朗进科技采取出具警示函的行政监管措施，并记入证券期货市场诚信档案数据库。同时，山东证监局要求朗进科技充分吸取教训，加强相关法律法规学习，建立健全并严格执行财务和会计管理制度，提高公司规范运作水平和信息披露质量。
