On June 21, 2024, Huaren Sanjiu (Chenzhou), an indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Chenzhou Huaren Gas, an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of China Resources Gas (01193), signed a framework agreement to supply energy resources for the cold and hot steam and electricity used in the southern production and manufacturing center of Huaren Sanjiu (Chenzhou). The agreement will be valid from the date of the framework agreement until December 31, 2025.
