Landsea mgmt (00106) announced that from June 21, 2024, Xu Xiaonian has resigned as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, nomination committee chairman and the committee on environment, social and governance; and Xie Cilong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, nomination committee chairman and the committee on environment, social and governance.
