The Tuen Mun 'Feiyang' Phase 1 project developed by Cheung Kong Property Holdings Limited (01113.HK) and Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited (00016.HK) will be sold in a first-come, first-served manner next Tuesday (25th), including 10 residential units, consisting of 4 three-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom units, all of which are south-facing units in middle and high-rise buildings. Among them, the two-bedroom unit on the 11th floor of Block B has a usable area of about 462 square feet, and the actual selling price after discount is about HKD 5.238 million, with a price per square foot of about HKD 11,338.

Cheung Kong Property Holdings Limited's Assistant Chief Manager of Sales Department Yang Guiling revealed that a total of 28 units will be sold in Feiyang Phase 1 this month, and 15 units have been sold, with a cash receipt of over HKD 62 million.
