NCD<4783> is a pioneer independent system integrator with a history of 57 years since its establishment in 1967. With the idea of 'creating a society where each and every one of us can feel excited about the future and can shine', the group has set 'the heartbeat of people, more toward the society.' as its purpose and is promoting its growth strategy as a total solution provider. Furthermore, in order to achieve the purpose, the group is united and has made a decision to improve brand value and pursue sustainable growth. As a result, it changed its trade name from 'Japan Computer Dynamics' to 'NCD' with effect from 1 January 2024, and also changed its corporate logo.
As of the end of March 2024, the total assets were 1,489.9 million yen, net assets were 640.3 million yen, and the equity capital ratio was 42.6%. The number of issued shares was 8,800,000 shares (including 619,757 treasury shares). Business bases are located in the head office (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo), Odaiba office (Koto-ku, Tokyo), Koto Service Center (Koto-ku, Tokyo), Fukuoka office (Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, moved and expanded in May 2024), Kokura office (Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture), Nagasaki office (Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture, including MSC (Managed Services Center)) and Gotō office (Goto City, Nagasaki Prefecture).
The group consists of the company itself, its subsidiaries NCD Technology, NCD Solutions (formerly Zexis which changed its trade name effective 1 January 2024), Tianjin Ondotoro Information System Development Co., Ltd. (NCD CHINA), NCD Est (Kyushu bicycle parking business), NCD Pros (bicycle parking management and operation business), and JCS (a subsidiary established in December 2023 with a focus on IT-related businesses such as system development, operation, and maintenance for Kao<4452>). NCD Technology is engaged in IT-related businesses such as system development, and NCD Solutions is engaged in IT-related businesses such as system development mainly for Panasonic Holding<6752> Group. NCD CHINA is engaged in system development business in China.
2. History
Established in March 1967 and started system development business. Started support & service business in October 1995, parking system business in October 1997, and changed its trade name to NCD in January 2024. With regard to stock-related matters, it registered over-the-counter with the Japan Securities Dealers Association in September 2000 (which was subsequently listed on JASDAQ of the Tokyo Stock Exchange as a result of stock exchange mergers, etc.), and then moved to the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Standard Market in conjunction with the market reorganization in April 2022. With regard to group companies, it established Japan Systems Research Co., Ltd. (now NCD Technology Co., Ltd.) in November 2000, established NCD CHINA in April 2005, made Zexis (now NCD Solutions Co., Ltd.) a subsidiary in December 2007 (went fully-owned subsidiary in August 2008), established NCD Pros in March 2018, made Yano Industry Co., Ltd. (now NCD Est) a subsidiary in April 2019, and made JCS a subsidiary in December 2023.
