Precision engineering service provider Yuen Sau Technology (08637.HK), headquartered in Singapore, announced plans to list on GEM of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, selling 27 million shares, of which 10% or 2.7 million shares will be used for public offering in Hong Kong, and the remaining 90%, 24.3 million shares, will be used for placement, with a selling price ranging from HKD 2.38 to 3.00 per share.

The company specializes in providing precision machining and precision welding services for international companies in the semiconductor and other sectors. Its public offering will run from today (21st) to next Wednesday (26th) at noon, and Yuen Sau Technology's shares are expected to begin trading on July 2. The trading board lot size is 1,000 shares, and the entry fee is HKD 3,030.25. Taihua Jixian (Hong Kong) is the exclusive sponsor.

After deducting underwriting commission and other estimated expenses related to the share offering, assuming a pricing of the median of the offering price range at HKD 2.69 per share, the expected net proceeds will be approximately HKD 20.6 million. It will be used to expand the operating scale and enhance the quality monitoring capability of precision machining services, marketing, repay bank borrowings, and for operational and general corporate purposes.
