Everg Vehicle has also not received any proof of funds or financial strength from the buyer. In addition, on June 11th, Everg Vehicle announced that it has received two relevant notices from local government departments, one requiring Everg Vehicle and its affiliated companies to return the granted rewards and subsidies of CNY 1.9 billion, and the other being the Tianjin factory, the main factory of Everg Vehicle, that is expected to be ordered to suspend production and sales and rectify its operations.
