Wang On Properties (01243.HK) launched rental for its co-living apartment brand, RISESD, located in San Po Kong. The first batch of nearly 200 early bird discounts have been fully rented out, with the Hong Kong University having rented over 100 sleeping quarters.

RISESD offers 720 rooms, ranging from single rooms to 4-person rooms, with an area between 230 and 480 square feet, accommodating 1,450 people.
