Mitsui Dow Polychemicals Co., Ltd. (located in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President: Ryoji Kato) obtained ISCC PLUS certification, an international sustainable product certification, at its Chiba plant (Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture) in May 2024.

ISCC PLUS (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification) certification is a certification system that ensures that sustainable raw materials such as biomass are properly managed in the supply chain. It applies to mainly raw materials and products such as biomass and regenerated materials that are sold worldwide.

Through certification acquisition, our company will be able to manufacture and sell ISCC PLUS certified products that allocate biomass and regenerated raw materials using mass balance method* in the future.
