On June 20th, Gelunhui announced that Mr. Lao Jianrong has been elected as an independent non-executive director of the sixth board of directors by ordinary resolution at the annual general meeting of shareholders, which has been submitted to and formally approved by the shareholders. The resolution also declares that Mr. Xie Yonghai will resign from the position of independent non-executive director of the sixth board of directors of the company effective from June 20, 2024 due to work reasons.
