On June 18th, 2024, Narnia Group (08607.HK) announced that it received a letter from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange regarding the guidelines for resuming the trading of its shares. The guidelines include: (i) conducting an appropriate independent investigation and assessing the impact of the matter on the company's business operations and financial condition, publishing the investigation results, and taking appropriate remedial actions; (ii) proving the integrity, ability, and/or character of any person who has a significant influence on the group management and/or company management and operations, to eliminate any reasonable regulatory doubts, so as to allow investors to bear risks and damage market confidence; (iii) conducting an independent internal control review and proving that the company has sufficient internal controls and procedures to comply with the GEM listing rules; (iv) publishing all financial performances required by the GEM listing rules that have not been published and addressing any audit revisions; (v) proving that the company has complied with Article 17.26 of the GEM listing rules; and (vi) disclosing all important information to the market for evaluation by the company's shareholders and investors.
