Zhongliang Holdings (02772) announced that Mr. You Sijia (Mr. You) resigned as an executive director to spend more time handling other personal affairs and will take effect after the annual general meeting of shareholders. After quitting, Mr. You will also no longer serve as a member of the Environment, Social and Governance Committee and the authorized representative specified by the listing rules of the company, which will take effect immediately.
