(Zhejiang Boxin), indirectly, has obtained the investment project record certificate for the peak shaving and filling energy storage project located in the Economic Development Zone of Weiyang District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province issued by the Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau of the Management Committee of the Economic Development Zone of Weiyang District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province on April 22, 2024. The project covers an area of ​​about 600 square meters. Recently, after obtaining the record certificate, the project has started construction and entered the civil construction stage.

Zhejiang Boxin has signed the following agreements in the second quarter of 2024:

(i) Zhejiang Boxin has entered into a contract energy management agreement with Yangzhou Wutingqiao Cylinder Case Co., Ltd. (Yangzhou Wutingqiao), agreeing to provide contract energy management services to Yangzhou Wutingqiao for this project. Under the contract energy management agreement, Zhejiang Boxin will grant Yangzhou Wutingqiao the energy-saving and economic benefits generated by the project; and

(ii) Zhejiang Boxin has entered into a purchase agreement for energy storage equipment (system) with Suzhou Times Huajing New Energy Co., Ltd. (Suzhou Times Huajing), agreeing to purchase energy storage equipment and system from Suzhou Times Huajing with a contract amount of RMB 18 million.
