金融界6月20日消息，弘信电子发布公告，将于2024年7月8日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月3日，当日收市后持有弘信电子股票的投资者可以参与投票。
会议地点：厦门市翔安区翔海路19号公司1#楼4F会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：
1、《关于调整公司2024年度为子公司提供融资担保额度预计的议案》
2、《关于公司增加为控股子公司提供财务资助额度的议案》。
