证券时报e公司讯，6月20日，第四范式首次股东周年大会后发布公告，委任郭清媛为代理首席财务官（CFO）。同时于中灏擢升为副董事长，协助董事长进行公司重大战略决策与布局，不再担任首席财务官，仍继续任第四范式执行董事。郭清媛此前担任副总裁及董事会秘书，早先任职于小米集团。于中灏于2018年加入第四范式担任CFO，其间协助公司完成多轮上市前融资，并主导第四范式成功在港交所上市。
