中信证券(06030)：中信证券国际拟为CSI MTN Limited发行的4500万元中期票据提供担保

Citic sec (06030): Citic Securities International intends to provide a guarantee for the issuance of 45 million yuan medium-term notes by CSI MTN Limited.

CITIC Securities (06030) has announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, CITIC Securities International's affiliated company, CSI MTN Limited (the issuer), established an overseas medium-term note program on March 29, 2022, with a maximum principal amount of USD 3 billion (or equivalent in other currencies), which is guaranteed by CITIC Securities International.

On June 19, 2024, the issuer issued a note under the medium-term note program with an issue amount of RMB 45 million.

After this issuance, the total principal balance of notes issued by the issuer under the medium-term note program is USD 1.52 billion.
