Orient Group Incorporation (600811.SH) stated on the investor interaction platform on June 20th that, regarding the temporary liquidity shortage issue of Orient Finance Company, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company has issued a Commitment Letter to resolve the relevant risks of the finance company to support Orient Finance Company to address the temporary liquidity funding issues through methods including but not limited to asset disposal, ensuring the safety and liquidity of the company's deposits in Orient Finance Company, and ensuring the interests of the company are not affected. The actual controller of the company has pledged 1.857 billion shares of joint energy stock for the company's loan, and promised that if any liquidity issues of Orient Finance Company affect the company's repayment of relevant loans, they will agree to use the disposal proceeds of the pledged shares to repay the relevant debts of the listed company. Currently, the market value of the pledged shares can cover the balance of the deposits and loans between the company and Orient Finance Company, and can also ensure the interests of the listed company are not affected. The company's seawater potash project (Phase 1) will have a production capacity of 100,000 tons. It is currently under construction, and the company will accelerate project construction to achieve production as soon as possible. The seawater potash project of the company is still under construction and no listing plan has been proposed.
