Huadian Power (01071) announced that it has recently completed the issuance of the first phase of super short-term financing bonds for Huadian Power Co., Ltd. in 2024. The total amount of bonds issued in this period is RMB 1.5 billion, with a term of 90 days, a unit face value of RMB 100, and a coupon rate of 1.70%.

The raised funds of this bond will be used to repay the matured debts of the company and its subsidiary included in the consolidated financial statements, as well as supplement the working capital.
