Meichen Ecology (300237.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shandong Meichen Industrial Conglomerates Co., Ltd. ("Meichen Industrial"), has received a "reply notice" from Huangpu District People's Court of Shanghai city. Due to the dispute over the four leasing contracts (a total of RMB 78.7571 million) with Haitong UT International Financing Leasing Co., Ltd.
