On June 20th, Gelunhui announced that Guo Qingyuan was appointed as the acting chief financial officer of the company until the company selects and confirms a chief financial officer, effective from June 20th, 2024.

Yu Zhonghao was promoted to vice chairman, effective from June 20th, 2024. He will assist Chairman Dai Wenyuan in making major strategic decisions and arrangements for the company, managing the operation of the company's business and promoting its sustained development. Mr. Yu will no longer serve as the company's chief financial officer, but will continue to serve as an executive director of the company.
