金融界消息，2024年6月20日，中信证券股份有限公司发布关于四川路桥建设集团股份有限公司总经理辞职的临时债权代理事务报告。据报告透露，四川路桥建设集团股份有限公司董事会在2024年6月12日收到孙立成先生的书面辞职报告，现任公司副董事长、总经理的孙立成先生因工作调整，担任公司控股股东蜀道投资集团有限责任公司副总经理，故辞去公司总经理职务。报告表示，此次人员变动对公司日常管理、生产经营及偿债能力不会产生重大不利影响。
