China Telecom (00728.HK) announced its latest operational data. The number of mobile users in May reached 415 million households, with a net increase of 1.93 million households; a net increase of 7.61 million households for the first five months of this year. Among them, the number of 5G package users reached 334 million households, with a net increase of 2.64 million households in that month. The net increase rate slowed down compared to the 2.9 million households in April, with a net increase of 15.6 million households this year.

In May, the number of wired broadband users was almost 193 million, with a net increase of 540,000 households in a single month and a net increase of 2.68 million households this year.
