On June 20, Grong Hui reported that e lighting (08222.HK) announced that it is expected to have a net loss attributable to owners of the company of not less than HKD 10 million for the year ending March 31, 2024, compared with a net loss attributable to the company's owners of approximately HKD 6.8 million for the year ending March 31, 2023.

The board of directors believes that the main reason for this change is (i) the continuing weak retail atmosphere in Hong Kong which has had an adverse impact on sales in the retail industry; and (ii) an increase in impairment losses on right-of-use assets.
