Recently, China Pacific Insurance successfully held the first "Hackathon" competition at Taiping Homeland in Hangzhou. The competition attracted 144 technology elites and business experts from China Pacific Insurance. During the one-month preparation period, 31 teams received professional training, including large-scale model applications, agile development, and product design, and engaged in a three-day closed competition to produce a series of innovative demonstration prototypes.
The goal of this competition is to accelerate the comprehensive reform of technological capabilities, promote the deep integration of technology and finance and innovation in large-scale models through fierce practical exercises, and achieve new heights.
In the claims field, the "Claims Assistant" project won the first prize. The project combines large-scale models and RPA technology, allowing operators to more easily use the existing RPA processes of the black light factory.
The "intelligent low-code platform" uses large-scale models to speed up the response speed to business needs, and simplifies the development process through an intuitive human-machine interface and drag-and-drop configuration.
The "mentor" project uses large-scale model technology to instantly analyze marketing conversations, accurately understand customer needs and marketing behavior, help salespeople adjust strategies based on customer emotions, and quickly provide customized insurance recommendations, while strengthening sales compliance.
The "Dynamic Intelligent Review Team" and its "Dynamic Intelligent Review Assistant" tool use large-scale models to analyze data and create a new audit monitoring system, through early warning and dynamic monitoring to identify risks in advance and take timely action to reduce potential losses.
This competition covers low-code development, intelligent review, marketing support, office automation, cybersecurity, medical insurance supervision, and business intelligence Q&A and other fields. A total of 10 innovative projects won awards, fully demonstrating the depth and breadth of China Pacific Insurance's digital transformation.
It is worth mentioning that all works submitted are based on the "Xunfei Star" large model and Huawei Ascend AI computing platform deployed locally by China Pacific Insurance. China Pacific Insurance, iFlytek Co., Ltd., and Huawei jointly established the "China Pacific Insurance Digital Labor Laboratory" at the sixth China International Import Expo, continuing to explore more possibilities of large-scale models.
The successful holding of the first Hackathon not only demonstrates the huge potential of China Pacific Insurance's large-scale models and artificial intelligence technology in enhancing service efficiency, optimizing customer experience, and strengthening compliance management, but also heralds China Pacific Insurance's unprecedented pace in building a smart insurance ecosystem. These innovative achievements not only enrich the application scenarios of technology and finance, but also mark a solid step for Taiping on the journey of "technology and finance."
