On April 1, 2024, the "Revised Act for the Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities" will be implemented, obligating the provision of "reasonable consideration" to people with disabilities who were previously under an obligation of effort but not specified.
As a result, in each company, the diligent dialogue as a company, the provision of alternative methods, and the obligation to improve thereafter, due to the obligation to improve after receiving improvement requests aimed at preventing constraints (social barriers) from occurring from people with disabilities at each company. The trend of improving their own websites in advance has been increasing.
