Kingkey Fin Int (01468.HK) announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with SIAM AI Corporation regarding potential cooperation to establish a joint venture company that focuses on financing and investment of AI data centers in Southeast Asia for potential partners.

The company is currently discussing possible ways of cooperation with SIAM AI Corporation. Both parties hope to invest in financing for green energy facilities in AI datacenters; provide green financing for AI datacenters, and cooperate with potential revenue sharing models for future computing capabilities to meet ESG's sustainable development requirements.

SIAM AI Corporation is a Thai AI cloud service provider, which participates in multiple potential and ongoing projects and has several partners and/or collaborations with several top US companies listed on the US Nasdaq stock market, one of which is a multinational company specializing in AI intelligent chip design and production.
