于本公告日期，已发行18亿股已缴足或入账列作缴足的现有股份。假设自本公告日期起至股份合并生效日期并无进一步发行或购回股份，于股份合并生效后，将有3600万股已发行已缴足或入账列作缴足的合并股份。
