2024年6月19日，来自国家金融监督管理总局上海监管局的消息，杜岳被核准为渤海银行股份有限公司上海自贸试验区分行副行长的任职资格。自监管局批复之日起3个月内需到任，若未在规定期限内到任，批复失效，由监管局办理注销手续。此外，渤海银行应督促杜岳严格遵守国家金融监督管理总局有关监管规定，持续学习和掌握经济金融相关法律法规，熟悉任职岗位职责，忠实勤勉履职。
