IOI Resort City developed by IOI Properties Group, the 10-acre Central Park in Putrajaya IOI Resort City integrated development project is officially open, providing diversified sports, waterfront facilities and animal-friendly areas for the local community.

The Central Park is adjacent to Palm Garden Hotel and IOI City Mall (IOI Resort City). In addition to open lawns, playgrounds, jungle trails, gardens and other leisure spaces, there are also many sports facilities, such as skateboard and bicycle parks, basketball courts, and football fields, as well as indoor soccer fields. A pet-friendly area is also set up with obstacle course, allowing pets to roam and attempt to overcome various obstacles within the area.

As a natural-based solution, the park provides a variety of ecosystem services and has the functions of mitigating and adapting to climate change, alleviating urban heat island effects, flood protection and protecting biodiversity.

To reduce carbon footprint and protect existing plants, 71% of the park is transplanted from within IOI Resort City, and is equipped with cecep solar energy-powered LED lights.
