According to the announcement of Huari Precision (688059.SH), the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhuzhou Huari New Materials Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 40 million yuan, and use the newly established subsidiary as the main body to build Zhuzhou Huari High-performance Hard Alloy Material Digital Industry Park in Hetang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Zhuzhou City. To promote the implementation of the industrial park project, the company signed a "park entry agreement" with the Hetang High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee on June 19, 2024, with a total investment of no less than 400 million yuan for the project.
