According to the announcement released by Guolian Securities (01456), Xue Chunfang was elected as a supervisor of the fifth session of the board of supervisors at the shareholders' anniversary meeting. The board of supervisors meeting held on June 19th, 2024 passed a resolution to elect Xue Chunfang as the chairman of the company's board of supervisors. Xue Chunfang's term as a supervisor and chairman of the board of supervisors of the company will be from June 19th, 2024 until the expiration of the term of the fifth session of the board of supervisors.

Since Xue Chunfang took office, Xu Faliang will no longer serve as the supervisor and chairman of the fifth session of the board of supervisors due to retirement upon reaching the retirement age.
