The authorized game has been released online in several countries, excluding certain regions.

The Asia-Pacific region is the largest market for mobile games, with China and India leading in terms of user numbers and generated revenue. Consideration of (i) the growth forecast of the global mobile online game industry; (ii) the continuous growth of global smart phone usage; and (iii) the increasing popularity of expanding augmented and virtual reality games, the board of directors believes that the group's expansion of online game distribution business is in line with the overall interests of the company and shareholders.
