Simply Wall St ·  Jun 19 19:42

Potential GXO Logistics, Inc. (NYSE:GXO) shareholders may wish to note that the CEO & Director, Malcolm Wilson, recently bought US$500k worth of stock, paying US$49.95 for each share. That's a very solid buy in our book, and increased their holding by a noteworthy 11%.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At GXO Logistics

Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider sale was by the Independent Director, Gena Ashe, for US$905k worth of shares, at about US$50.00 per share. So what is clear is that an insider saw fit to sell at around the current price of US$47.16. While we don't usually like to see insider selling, it's more concerning if the sales take place at a lower price. Given that the sale took place at around current prices, it makes us a little cautious but is hardly a major concern. The only individual insider seller over the last year was Gena Ashe.

The chart below shows insider transactions (by companies and individuals) over the last year. If you want to know exactly who sold, for how much, and when, simply click on the graph below!
