e公司讯，知行集团(01539.HK)6月19日晚公告，预计2024财年(截至2024年3月31日止)录得经调整净溢利不少于3500万港元，录得年度净溢利不少于1000万港元，均同比扭亏为盈;年度营业额同比增加不少于90%。2023年9月，知行集团与中东知名投资企业旗下控股子公司LEAD成立合资企业，为阿联酋地区提供节能照明解决方案。此外，公司近期还与雀巢马来西亚达成合作，试验及推广创新农业科技系统。
