(referred to as "Vietnam Company") through its wholly-owned subsidiary Tonly Electric (Singapore) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Singapore Company") with self-owned or self-raised funds due to the development of overseas business and the need to increase the layout of overseas production bases. The amount of this foreign investment does not exceed 10 million US dollars (the specific amount is subject to the actual exchange rate on the day of remittance), including but not limited to the purchase of land, the construction of fixed assets and other matters for the expansion of the Vietnam Company's production base. The actual investment amount is subject to the amount approved by the competent authority, and the company will implement the construction of the Vietnam production base in phases according to specific circumstances such as market demand and business progress.
