Gelonghui, June 19, 丨 Jinhui Technology (08295.HK) announced that the company expects to record a net loss attributable to the company owner of no more than RMB 210 million in the year ended March 31, 2024, while the Group recorded a net loss attributable to the company owner of about RMB 230 million for the year ended March 31, 2023 (the “corresponding financial year”).

The decrease in net loss attributable to company owners was mainly due to a reduction in non-cash impairment losses in recognition of the goodwill of King Nine Group cash generating units (“cash generating units”), partially offset by a reduction in compensation income earned under share purchase agreements.
